1.3 **Deliverables:** Refers to any reports, recommendations, content, software, SAAS or other outputs provided by The Company as part of the services.
1.4 **Website:** Refers to the client’s online platform for which the SEO services are provided.
1.5 **Subscription Plan:** Refers to the pricing plan selected by the Client, which determines the scope and limits of the services provided.
2.1 The Company offers AI-driven SEO optimization services through a subscription model. Services include, but are not limited to, Conversational Query Optimization, AI Query Insights Report, Intent Optimization, Voice Search Optimization, Competitive Analysis.
2.2 Service levels and features depend on the subscription plan selected. Plans can be reviewed and chosen based on the current offerings displayed on our pricing page.
2.3 The Service does not guarantee specific results, including search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.
3.1 **Subscription Model:** The Client subscribes to the Service on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during the sign-up process.
3.2 **Payment:** All fees associated with the selected Subscription Plan are due in advance, either monthly or annually. Payments are processed automatically on the subscription renewal date.
3.3 **Cancellation:** Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent further charges but does not refund the current subscription period unless canceled within the first 7 days of the initial sign-up (money-back guarantee period).
3.4 **Upgrades/Downgrades:** Clients may upgrade or downgrade their Subscription Plan at any time. Changes in subscription will adjust the next billing cycle's payment according to the new plan selected.
4.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for The Company to perform the services.

4.3 The Client agrees not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by The Company as part of the service remain the property of The Company until full payment is received.
5.2 Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their website.
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services.
6.2 The Company will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
7.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7.2 The total liability of The Company for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination by the Client will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
9.2 Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.
9.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately and without notice if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (“jurisdiction”).
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction.
